A roof inspection of the Hawthorn Inn & Suites confirmed that there was considerable hail damage to the roof. As a result, the compromised roof began to leak causing interior damages. A storm related insurance claim was filed and approved to repair the damages. HomeSmart provided a total roof replacement, interior drywall repair and interior painting to restore this property to its pre-storm condition.

1. Tear off and haul off of the hail damaged roof
2. Existing rotten decking was removed and replaced
3. Underlayment or felt being applied with plastic cap felt nails
4. Architectural shingles being applied
